Default stealth v.s. pontiac

would a non turbo es or rt stealth be able to take on or win against a grand am gt or grand prix?

They are kind of quick down low, but by the time you reach 2nd gear (you have an auto tranny I think) you should be walking away from a Grand Am pretty good. You should be able to beat a regular Grand Prix, but the supercharged ones (GTP I believe) would beat you.

i didnt plan on raceing in the streets there is a drag strip only 45 mins away and alot of people who go there have the gt pontiacs.

let me tell you i own a 2000 grand am gt and a 92 stealth es and when me grand am was just stock it was toasting my stealth. the 3.4 ram air really helps. now my gagt destroys my stealth. it runs high 13s after alot of mods.
