Default i need engine help

My car started to barely run at all and the engine light came on, then it just wouldn't start at all. So i took the advice on this forum and got the codes off. The code reffered me to the 3,6 ingnition coil and the transistor. We tested the transistor and it was good on every terminal it has. We checked the resistance through the coil and it was at about .8, we were going to do another test while the coil is on the car but the plug that I was supposed to check, was different than the one i saw in the manual for my stealth. So i don't know what to do my car still won't start.

If the coil, ptu, and wiring check out, it almost has to be your ECU. My TT had the 3/6 coil stop firing. After mucho troubleshooting, it was the ECU. There are "micro switches" on the ECU that control the firing of the coils.
