this might be a dumb question but is the ECU on my 92 Stealth TT right behind the radio and climate control in the center console?? or where is it??

 

Yes, it is behind the radio. You'll need to remove the two carpet pieces on the sides of the console. You will see the ECU behind the radio. The wiring harness is on the drivers side. There are 2 bolts on the drivers side, one on the passenger side that you will need to remove to get the ECU out.
