1992 Stealth R/T TT AWD Transmission problem

I have a 1992 dodge stealth R/T TT AWD and it is a manual transmission. the problem is it is stuck in 2nd gear it wont go into any other gear. It will drive in 2nd only. It will not go into neutral. Also when the clutch is engaged and the car is idling it will die in less you press the gas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
