Default engin rev

When I start the car (91 SOHC) the rpm's jump to 2000 however as the engine worms up it slowley drops, at a little over the 2 min mark it idels perfect?

New
ECM
Plugs
Wires
Roter
roter cap
fuel filter
oil and filter
set Timing
set TPS

At a loss????

It looks like the only thing you haven't changed is the IAC/ISC (idle air controller/idle servo controller) but honestly, it sounds like it is running like it should. When you first fire it up, it is supposed to idle faster than normal to get things heated up, then as the engine warms, the idle will return to normal, like what it is doing.

I had a similar issue when I bought my stealth three months ago. My engine would hunt (idle bounce up and down) and settle out at 2K RPM. Fourtunately, I was able to rule out by testing most of the items you replaced. When I had my ECM repaired they told me to check the IAC/ISC. Mine was bad also. It is easy to check. Disconnect the air intake to throttle body to make it easier to get to. Unplug the wiring connector. There are two rows of three blades. Check the resistance between the middle blade and each side one at a time. I believe the resistance should be 30Ω ±2.
