Default stealth work

today i got all new plugs and wires for the stealth and still to come this weekend is a k&n cold air intake and a new exhaust system. once we had all the nessesary stuff to do the plugs and wires i noticed that the throttle body cable was quite lose is this normal? lately i have been having the hole problem of haveing no bottom end. once i tightend the cable my throttle response was many times quicker and with the new bosch platinum +4 plugs and new omini rade wires it starts better and rev a little higher but still nothing close to the bottom end it used to have. my air filter is very clean and is only a month old my exhuast is stock and in pretty bad shape. once i replace the intake and exhaust i plan on getting more bottom end am i right? and is there any other things i should check? what about the timing? it just got a tune up and everything but still no bottom end any sugjestions

A clogged catalytic converter can cause some performance problems like the one you are having.
