really need some help.i have rereplaced both front cv axles have put on new shocks and struts and strut nounts but i still hear a poping noise coming from somewhere by the firewall in the front of the car when i take off in 1st and accelarate a little harder than normal.motor mounts where checked and seem to be ok but i was wondering if the back one may be cracked and you cant really tell just by looking.someone please help............

 

Could be any number of items...tie rod ends, sway bar bushings, sub frame bushings...

I assume you got your CV axle to stop slipping out..? What was the cure for that?
