dallas area huh? hmm i'm a little south of that way. whenever i get runnin i'd be interested in comparing a tt to a es.

 

getting back to top speeds... i'm interested in finding out top speeds people have taken their Stealths. I had a 92 Stealth ES (auto) and took it up to 130MPH. It could have gone more, but the tires were bad and not balanced (and were only H rated), so I let off when the car started shaking like crazy. That was on a swapped engine imported from Japan (from a GTO) with about 32K miles on it and just a short-ram intake (major tune-up/service done when swapped). I now places that engine into a 91 Stealth R/T 5-spd. I can tell a huge difference when in comes to transfering the engine power down to the wheels with the 5-spd and am interested in seeing if anyone's topped their 5-spd N/A Stealth. I haven't had a chance to top this one yet, but will post my top speed when I do.

 

i know as soon as my friends gets running i'll go put it to the limit. and prob take a picture.
