Default 130+ MPH

Just a question I thought to ask, I got my 1991 Dodge Stealth R/T N/A up to 130 mph it would still creep up but I was pushing it, just wondering what it will actually top out at?

Ya i know it doesn't Have twin turbos, i was just curious at what the Naturally aspirated stealths toped out at.. i was maybe a little past 5000 RPM at 130-135. I just recently bought the car so i don't wanna reck the engine, it needs a tune up too soo
thanks though , i was curious ( i'm only 17 )

also, my friends got a formula firebird that tops at about 140 mph, it will get there faster than i can, wondering if a supercharger would help me speed up quite a bit fast or not? I would love to do turbos but aren't they alot more expensive??? well if you know about some good superchargers let me know!,
This october is when i am doing the tune up, and everything...... OHH another question, what should my oil pressure be at... i always keep a close eye on it and notice its only 3 ticks above the lowest of the two brackets and sits 1 or 2 below the lowest bracket when idleing about 600-750 RPM is it normal??

The advantage to adding turbos is that all the parts are available for the conversion.

YEAH THE TURBOS ARE A GOOD WAY TO GO, SUPERCHAGERS ARE COOL AND ALL BUT MORE DIFFICULT PLUS YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO CENTRIFUGAL B/C THE ROOT WOULD SITT TOO TALL FOR THE HOOD TO CLOSE, YOU WILL END UP PROBABLY SPENDING ABOUT THE SAME, MAYBE A LITTLE MORE ON THE TURBOS BUT THEY ARE SO NICE AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO ALOT WITH ANY SET, WHEN YOU WANT TO MESS WITH THE WASTEGATE AND PIPING AND ALL THE FUN STUFF THAT COMES WITH THE TURBOS. GOOD LUCK ON IT, OH YEAH YOUR BUDDY WITH THE FORMULA SHOULD SPANK THE HELL OUT OF YOU TO TOP SPEED IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT IF YOU ARE BOTH RUNNING STOCK YOU ARE AT LOW 200 HP ON THE 6 CYLINDER AND HES WITH THE FORMULA RUNNING HIGH 200 CLOSER TO 300 HP. THE WEIGHT ISN'T A BIG ENOUGH DIFFERENT . SO I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT. I AM SURPRISED IT TOPS AT 140 THOUGH MY BUDDIES T/A TOPS AT 165

the engine has between 25,000 and 50,000 miles on it just to let you know, i would need a tune up before thinking about doing anything with turbos so idk does 2500 sound resonable for a used one?

yeah your buddy has the 92 not what i was thinking at all and thats ok. the motor with turbos is a good deal but you will still need the wiring harness. thats good thoug. didn't look at the ad but if it has 50,000 miles on it your gonna want to have another set of turbis ready to put on or be ready to get those rebuilt if you can cuz basically turbos are good for 50,000 to 75,000 miles then you will need to replace or rebuild. but hey its all good anynways. oh hey if you know anyybody im selling my rt/tt if you know anynybody who wants one, its all stock but i have an exhaust to sell if anybody wants it with the sale, but it pushes close to 14 lbs of boost and definately all 300 hp, ,its a ton-o-fun but i drive a 97 ram 4x4 regularly and the stealth i let my brother drive. just wanna get into something else, more n/a so i can build an n/a 500+hp car out of. anyways tell anyone and good luck with your car
