hey guys im new to the forums here. and i need to know if the popup headlights on an es will fit on the rt non turbo. trying to fix up my stealth and i need new headlights, found a cheap pair from an es and just wanted to know if they would fit. thanks

 

The mechanisms themselves will work, but the shape of the cover is different between the two models.

 

the metal piece on top? and do u know where to get rt headlight assemblies?

 

Yes, the metal piece on top is different between the RT's and ES's. I have a buddy that just took swapped his front end to a 2nd gen style (fixed headlights). I'll ask him if he still has his popups.

 

thanks, oh and will ans es hood fit too? its got the bumps on it

 

I do believe that the hoods are the same. Not 100% sure though.
