Default installing test pipe

Well i have this beautiful testpipe just sitting in my room and i can not get the catalitic converter off. Any suggestions how to get it off when all the bolts are rusted to ****?

i find that if that doesnt work just like it failed on my stealth......then a sawzall works wonders. i ended up cutting off the nuts, hammering out the remaining bolt with a drift and my bfh (big effing hammer) and then buying or finding new bolts.

obviously a last resort....but worked well
