Default need some more help

Before I start let me state that I'm a little clueless and I hope that I explain it right...LOL
I'm not sure if one has to do with the other or not but this is the deal with my baby.
The exhaust was bad so a "mechanic" spot welded but that lead to it blowing out in other spots, he also cut the flex pipe and replaced it with a straight piece. That came lose and the car started reving up and down. I had the O2 sensor replaced and that solved the problem until the exhaust came lose again. The ECI fuse was blowing and the car was bogging out when we stomped the gas. I put a new exhaust on from front to back. On the test run....It started sounded great and the ECI fuse didn't blow but the it was still bogging out. But instead of it blowing the fuse, it burnt the fuse and wire. I replaced all that and checked the fuel injectors (recommended by a friend). Now the car won't turn over. Any suggestions on where to go now?!

With all of your exhaust problems, I'm thinking your motor mounts are probably shot and the engine is bucking in the bay when you "stomped on it." As for the ECI fuse continuously blowing, you have a dead short somewhere, possible caused my the engine moving around. The engine turns over, but doesn't start? Or, does it not turn over at all?

Is it getting spark to the plugs? ie: have someone turn it over, pull a plug wire from the coil and see if a spark arcs from the coil to the wire. You may want to wear leather gloves for this as you might get a nice shock if it decides to arc to you.

What year is your car? If it is a 91-93 the crank angle/cam angle sensors are one unit, on the front head, passenger side.

Here are instructions for checking the PTU.

...and a good right up about the ignition system.

According to Autozone there is 1 crank and 2 cam sensors for a 93 DOHC. Does this sound right? And does anyone know the ohms for them? or where to get the info?
