but to completley replace the clutch I got like 600$ at the least and
most of the estimates were like $800

so i just sold it for freaking $625(the clutch wasnt the only problem)
it needed a new timing belt
new water pump,
5 seals were leaking,
something was wrong because the car overheated even after driving it for like 10 min
it smoked
and it had a crap load of miles- 230,000
and some other stuff i cant remember

even though i loved the car, it was too much of a hassle so i just got a 97 integra

i'm facing the simular desision as well. stealth is just too expensive to wrok on, i'm thinking of selling it and geting a camaro/firebird/monte carlo/silverado. one thing in common for cars i'm looking for is they have a simple 350 or 305 with loads of parts on every corner and rwd

the only problem that exists with new cars is that you can't fix it with a screwdriver in the midle of nowhere
P.S. anybody want to sponsor a 350 swap with four barrel carb and 6 speedand a 12 bolt rear for stealth?
