I bought a 2006 Dodge Stratus on Saturday and I love it... but the seatbelt chime/ding/whatever you would call it drives me insane! I know the obvious solution is to buckle up, but is there a way to bypass it ( unplugging a fuse... etc) Thanks for your help!

Simple fix, put on your seatbelt. Believe me it has saved my life once before. I take no chances.

But, from what I understand, there is a way to shut it off. I have heard it is in your owners manual, but I have never looked.

Are you seriously trying to turn off a seatbelt chime? That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Can I ask what the benefit of that would be seeing as how it's only effected when driving...when seatbelts should be worn...[sm=dontgetit.gif]
