Default Several "electrical" issues

Hey folks I am having a problem with my 2001 Stratus ES Sedan. I am hoping someone can give me a little advice on correcting the problems.

First, issue is with the power locks. The power locks will not lock automatically when I first start driving or when I use the lock switch or key fob. They will always unlock using the key fob or switch. Any thoughts on what might be the problem?

Second, My clock/compass thingy went dead and I can not locate a fuse for this. Anyone had anyone know which fuse controls this? I have check both fuse boxes and there is not reference to it.

Finally, does anyone know a good place to get replacement parts? The plastic trim on the passanger door that covers the power windows switch and door handle needs replacing along with the trunk strut and passanger side inner wheel well.

Sad part is car only has 50k miles on it and now everything is falling apart....

Thanks in advance,

Andy

The door locks are rolling door locks, and the output speed sensor is a input to the controller and locks the doors at 10 to15 MPH. But could be on the same power circuit has the radio. Use a test lite to ck fuses. Also ck the IOD fuse to. That would be on the side panel fuse box.
