paint bubbling
96 stratus owned since new garaged for first 6 years always washed and waxed
the paint on the front of the hood is bubbling
possibly rust below
i've seen other cars with this problem
the inside hood seam is starting to rust
possibly a design flaw that traps water
what do you guys think?
