Hey all 1st post here. I just picked up a 04 R/T and was woundering about the lack of a alarm. I had to buy the car unseen I am in the military and stationed overseas so ordered it. It has the SKIM keyless and an indicator that does a self check at start up but no Alarm. Is this something that can be programed using the DRB or am I out of luck. I also own a 2000 Neon ES that had an Alarm standard when I bought it so did not think any different here. Is Dodge getting cheap with there standard options or is this something that the dealer forgot to program at set up. Thanks in advance for your help.

 

The alarm can be enabled by a dealer, some of 'em play dumb about it. It's nothing fancy, as you know from the neon, but it's better than nothing.

 

Thanks I just wanted something to let me know if something was going on while I was home at night and to have a blinking light that seems to help more then the alarm most people will just look for a car with out an indicator
