JB Weld Saves Money
Thermostat housing outlet was pitted on '01 Stratus with only 24k miles. Dealer installed replacement would have cost $120. Filled pits with JB Weld, sanded smooth and new housing not needed.
Another lesson learned: O'reillys sold me a radiator cap and drain pet **** for the 3L V6 engine. Both were wrong even though their computer showed otherwise. Ended up at Mitsubishi dealer for correct parts.
