01 Coupe Dash Cracks

My 01 Strat Coupe SE dash has many cracks in it. Is there anything that can be done to repair these?How difficult is it to install a new dash? Cost?

Mine has a couple. Not horrible looking though. I'm just living with them.

I have several, most located around the defrost duct. with many of the little cross members on the duct broken off.

This is a common problem amongst these cars. The only way to fix them is to replace the whole dash. Mine hasn't cracked yet and keeping my fingers crossed.
