Can anyone tell me what this is? I think some kind of engine mount. Whatever it is, it is broken and I think the cause of all my loud vibrations when in drive. I googled all sorts of engine mount pictures for the Stratus but all of them show either the ones on the side or the round one in front. This is directly underneath the front of the vehicle. I found that I can actually stop some of the vibration if I grab a hold of the intake manifold while the engine is running and either push or pull on it.

Yeah that almost looks like a tranny mount? Google that and see what you come up with.

Between my oil pan and transmission there is a little bracket that blocks dirt/rocks/debris from getting into the transmission flywheel, this looks kinda similar to that, but I can't get a good view of the entire piece. (97 stratus 2.4). Don't worry what it's called, just go find one at a junkyard!
