I'm pretty sure a SRT motor wouldn't but i'm not positive, I've seen people put 6g74 3.5L motors in, there from the Stealth and 3000gt cars.

6G74 actually is a 3.0L from Eclipse or Galant, 2001 and up. The motor from Stealth and 300GT is 6G72 and will not bolt up, as it is designed for RWD.

Back to the original queston, it will fit, but not without major modifications. The mounts are completely at different places, tranny and ECM are different to say the least. The blocks are the same, it is much more cost effective to use SRT4 internals and turbo, rather than doing the complete engine swap. read on:

From what I know the Stratus COUPE four cylinder won't fit the SRT-4 block in it... The sedan it seems however appears to... though thats not much help to you...

I've heard the best thing for you to do is use EVO heads on your block.

Club3g wont let me do a SEARCH, but if you go over there and search for "Evo Heads" you should be able to find what you need.
