Default Horn prob

My sister owns a stratus at least 2000 and up I forget the year but she hardly takes care of it, come to find out her horn no longer works. Has anyone had this problem? If so can you walk me through it if it's an easy fix?

check the fuse first.

Second, if that is fine you may want to look at the horn (which is located underneath the right headlight) to see if you see any damage to it. If there is a crack or other damage that you can easily see that would cause the horn to malfunction you will need to replace the horn. You can go to any automotive store and buy a new horn. Make sure to buy either a Mopar horn or a horn that states it can fit on a stratus (they only cost about $14).

If you can't see any problem with the horn it may be a wiring problem.
