The check engine light on my 01 Stratus is on. I took it to Autozone where they told me the error code wasPO601. Does anyone else have anymore info related to this.What is meant by SPI line? Should I take it to an automotiveelectrical specialist?

Definition: ECM internal fault

Explanation: Unable to communicate on the SPI line

Possible Causes:
1. Shorted input sensor
2. Shorted electrical sensor
3. Failed ECM

 

Replace the PCM and program.
