Catalyst system effciency below threshold.

I have code P0430 which is the same as yours with the only difference being bank numbers at the end. Yous would read bank 1 and mine says bank 2. Kinda funny when i have a 2.4 inline. I was told that the catalytic converter may be plugged or partialy plugged. I have no code appera for the Oxygen sensor. Maybe someone could enlighten us both on this.
