01 stratus 2.7l replacement

01 status 2.7l blown can it be replaced with the 3.5l like the intrepid and if it can how much has to changed thanks

This was just discussed the other week. Swap in a 6g74 from a Mitsubishi Diamante, there is your 3.5l V6
