Blows only cold air
I have a 95 Stratus ES with the 2.5L V6,, I only have cold air blowing through the vents when my heat is selected,,have not quite had the vehicle a week since I purchased it but as far as I can tell its at normal operating temp,,,thats to say "it isnt overheating" the dial moves about a quater of the way and stays there.
A local mechanic with nothing to do told me to come by and he would check the temp and when I took the vehicle to his garage he touched my radiator hose and felt it was hot and said the motor has good heat so it cant be the thermostat,,,he told me to contact another local store and inquire about temperature control,,,I did,,,,they had no clue,,,,,so here I am,,,,hoping somebody might have a solution or idea what is keeping me from getting warm air,,,I was hoping for thermostat until I saw where it is located and called the mechanic.

Here is a suggestion: If you have power windows. Turn on the heat control and set to defrost high. Then push all 4 of the window controls to up. Even if the windows are already up. Listen closely to the fan speed. If you hear the fan slow down, then it is an electrical problem. (Probably the BCM).
