2003 Stratus jerks when slowing down

2003 Stratus jerks when slowing down

I have a 2003 Dodge Stratus that when slowing down when jerk (around 30 mph). Sometimes the jerk is worse than others. Is there anything I can do to correct this problem?

I'm assuming its an auto. could be you torque converter. I have some shutter to, getting it looked at next week.
