what is a good muffler to get for an 05 coupe 2.4l? should I just save and get the catback system?

 

40 series flowmaster.

 

Muffler Delete. Believe me, with 2 catalytic convertors and 2 resonators, the car is SILENT at idle, but has a nice even tone when on the throttle. Much cheaper too. Get a flange made, and you can swap mufflers for inspection too.

 

would or should I go with center inlet/outlet, offest inlet, center outlet, or vice versa.. there are about 15 different choices for the 40 series flowmaster.. delta force race muffler.. delta force performance street and strip.. 2.25 in, 2.25 out... 2.5 in, 2.5 out... 3in, 3 out.. I doubt the 3in in/out would be for me I am just wanting to bolt it on.. no other exhaust work done at all.. just looking for some good ole fashion noise makers!

 

By the wayanyone have a sound clip of their 3.0 strat with the 40 series on with the resontators?
