Default rim diameter

i bought tires that will make my odometer off by 4.3% lower that i will actually be traveling. Will my gas mileage decrease, increase or no change? That is supposing that i calibrate my odometer to be correct. Im changing from 16x6 to 17x7 and the tires r 205-60/16 to 215-45/17 thanks for the help.

Default rim weight

They aren't that heavy compared to most of the rims on tirerack the crager rims only weigh 21.5 pounds each. The diameter of the tire would not significantly change the gas mileage?

my stockers weighed in under 18# adding the extra weight especially in the wheels hurts the mileage ... I noticed a large difference going to 14# wheels
your outer diameter is only increasing 10mm that is not really that much ...doubt that will effect much mileage wise
