well i was coming home the other night and i came up over a little hill and there was a car stoppd on the road waitin to turn ...well the roads were wet so i couldnt get stopd...but instead of hitting the car i elected to take out a speed limit sign...well in the process both the serpintine belts got wrapped around the underdrive pulley...it was a freak thing but it happened..haha...so i got as much of it off as i could but there is still some wrappd around it ....i cant get the pulley off ....i have an 03 r/t with the 3.0...when ya turn the engine over the engine turns but wont start ..and it doesnt sound right either ... the starter is really loud....so im thinkin that the belt around the pulley is restricting it from turning fast enough to start...so how do i get it off...i tried running the impact on it ...also i was wondering if i could have tripped a safey switch that i need to reset....wont budge..any help would b greatly appreiciated
