I have a 4 cylinder 2003 Stratus and it will not shift gears, from what i gather it is stuck in Limp mode. The speedometer works. I took it to a trans shop, paid $150 in diagnostics and they said the PCM was bad. So I replace the PCM and the problems still persists. Anyone have an idea on what the problem may be.

I'm assuming you mean TCM Tranny Control Module ...

No PCM is what theTrans shop told me to change after paying them $150 to diagnos the problem, so thats what I did and it didnt do anything.

Should I disconnect the battery and then after the check engine light pops on take it up to auto zone and check the codes myself since the Trans shop doesnt seem to know what they are doing?
