Default Air flow sensor "Clock" position ?

I changed the plugs in my 2005 Stratus 2.4 for the first time-all parts 100% stock. No mods of any kind. Runs fine-smooth and clean. After dropping a tool that went under air cleaner box-I removed the box, got the tool back and put stuff back together I noticed I had accidently lost the clock position the airflow had been in. I took a guess and lost the gamble. Lost 100 miles of running per tank! Now what?
