Default 04 Serpentine Belt Tensioner

I have an 04 SXT with the 2.4L DOHC engine, regardless of the fact it is tight in there, the belt tensioner claims to be able to be moved easily to allow the replacement of the belt. Well, I've compared to other Chrysler products and even to parts sites online and can't find a wrench to fit it... the bolt in the center of the tensioner is to torque down when completed, but the movement of tensioner is not controlled by it. I need some pointers on ways to move the tensioner so the serpentine belt can be reinstalled (after alternator replacement)... a crowbar ain't cutting it like in the old days when there was metal in the engine compartment to pry against...

I thought the 2.4 had the 3/8" square that you use a breaker bar to loosen , then a pin would be put thru to hold it

So does the manual and everything I can find online... but that isn't the case on mine... I've not seen a tensioner like this one... almost looks like you would need a tool like a pipe bender to fit over it...
