Default Very high idle after cleaing EGR valve??

Well for a while my G/F's 97 stratus 2.4L. was showing the code P0401 (EGR valve insuficient flow). I decided to remove it and clean it out to see it would work or I need it to replaced, after I a good clean with compresed air (small bottle) also cleaned the throttle body plate the tube that goes from EGR to T.B. anyways after putting everything back together and connect the battery, started the car and the idle is HIGH staying around 2000rpms.

How can I solve this?
I did not touch the screws on the T.B.

If you used a solvent (TB cleaner) on the throttle body, did you make sure to plug the bypass holes that go down to the IAC?

No I did not cover anything on the TB I just sprayed some TB cleaner into the TB and with a rag cleaned out, I did open and close the plate while cleaning. What did I mess up?? How can I fix it? don't tell me I need to buy now a IAC??

Thanks for the help.

Someone please!!! I need help the car is idling to high aroung 2000rpms.
I forgot to mention that after I clean the EGR the CEL light went away but as I said the idle is HI, I check all the connections again and they seem to be fine. Now when I cleaned the T.B I did not cover the IAC and I guess some T.B cleaner got there .
What do I do now?
