Engine replacement what else should I do?

finally all is working like it should..
Had problems with hesitation and misfire. I replaced cap, rotor, wires and plugs. Still same problem. I swapped the distributor from the old engine and now it is running perfectly. Cold AC idles like a champ. I still need to paint car, tint windows, and new tires.
