Question brake system on base 1998 stratus

Does my 1998 dodge stratus have ABS brakes? I need to replace one of the rear brake lines from the wheel well to the cylinder and there are 2 types of hoses. I have never seen the ABS light come on and it certainly doesn't feel like an ABS system.

Most likely the second "hose" is actually the emergency break cable. My understanding is that if you have rear drums than you don't have ABS in the first generation strats. If you have ABS, there should be an electrical hookup on each of the wheel hubs for the sensor. If you don't have an electronic sensor, than you don't have ABS.
