Default Dumb Dumb questions:)

Ok... can you check the engine codes with the key dance thingy on a 02 Stratus R/T... and the little things on the hood that squirt out the windshield fluid, which one is the right one... one spits 2 streams at the window and the other is more like a fan spray(much better) where can I find them... atleast so I can have matching ones
also is there anywhere on the net that has a good assortment of parts for these cars and what year are the parts interchangeable... thanks

I believe that you need a scanner to read CELs on your car.

I think that you can go buy windshield squirter nozzles at any parts store..do they physically match and one just doesnt work as well?

most mechanical and interior parts are interchangeable with 2001-2005 stratus coupes and 2000-2005 Mitsubishi eclipses. as far as body panels, its just 2001 and 2002 for your car.

they don't match.... I'm thinking the one with 2 holes is stock... but the one that sprays instead of squirts is the poop as far as nozzles go... thinking about changing some interior stuff out

My nozzles have a nice wide spray. So the squirter needs to go

I personally like the 03-05 Door panels. The seats are a little bit nicer than the 01/02's too.

My car came with the titanium/gunmetal window control pieces, so I took that idea and ran.
I painted the door panels, headliner and door handles flat black, and painted the vents, center console, door panel trim, clock pod, and instrument cluster gunmetal. If you want to be creative, the interior is good for it

Thanks. Painting is much easier and usually cheaper than tracking down those little things. They are pretty easy to remove too. You can separate the controls from the plastic which is nice. All I used was Duplicolor paint found at Advance auto, and made sure I sanded the 'orange peel' out. You don't have to be that meticulous with it, but mine came out near pro-paint quality

I went a little too intense on the clock pod and wetsanded all the texture out. I do like the way it looks though.

If you need any help with the interior, post up because I have had everything out before
