Unhappy Trouble at idle

I have a 2004 stratus r/t 3.0 and it has been acting funny at idle in fact it dies and i have to slide it in to neutral when coming to a stop. When i start the car it revs kind of high and driving it is about 3000 rpms higher at cruise than normal. Its not spitting codes at me anymore for some unknown reason but i changed the mass air control sensor and still no luck. cleaned the throttle body, and the iac seems to be functioning properly. if anyone has been having this problem or can put me in the right direction please help.

spray around the throttle body area with carb cleaner and other areas of possible vacuum leaks.

I had an erratic idle problem, and it came out to be a piece that is attached to my throttle body that had come loose causing a pretty major vacuum leak. The piece that was loose plugs a hole on the bottom front of the throttle body(not sure what the piece actually does).

Anyways, after changing my coil packs wires, plugs, and buying a code reader, I one sprayed carb cleaner around the throttle body area and the rpm's went up.

I immediately suspected it was the throttle body gasket. Ended up being that piece that was loose-
