transmission coolant line 98 stratus

i wanted to know if anyone knows how to change the transmission coolant lines. I have a leak and wanted to change it myself but cant seem to find the best way to access the lines. help please

remove parts as needed to access lines. Usually they leak at the hose fittings due to loose clamps.
