I have a dodge stratus r/t manual and when i let off the gas in 1 or 2 gear then press on it again i get a really bad jerk the car never use to do it until recently i also have an oil leak i n my oil pan and am wondering if it might the oil that got in my clutch and is the cause of this

 

It is definetley a problem with the clutch. I would remove it and inspect for oil as you said, and for and other issues. If you dont see anything wrong with it you might want to have it looked at by your mechanic.
