Default Did I do something?

I have a 2000 Stratus with 2.4 liter engine. Had a few issues with the car which were all fixed and the car has been running perfectly. Last night when comong home noticved the battery light on the car came on and off a couple different times. Checked the battery and found the red lead was loose enough that I could move it by hand pretty easily so I tightened it down very very tightly. This morning when driving to work the car stalled out on me several times and when it did you almost knew it was coming as the car would run very rough and then stall and seems to have a slight miss sometimes. Did I do something when I tightened down that lead and is it possible to overtighten something like that? Seems like there was at least one smaller wire with that lead, what could that have been and could I have done something to cause the car to run this way? Thanks for any help offered.

I don't see how tightening the battery terminals code have damaged something. Try to get your hands on an OBD II reader and see if it spits out any codes. Let us know..

Check engine light came on while driving home and I get 2 codes when I scan. P1391 AND P0340 which seem to indicate camshaft position sensor. What do you think? Just changed crankshaft position sensor about 2 weeks ago.

my 2004 died on me one evening while idling at a stop light, thought it was going to be the timing belt.

Turned out it was the camshaft position sensor...if that is what you are getting I would change it and soon. When my broke, it broke a few other things costing a lot more in repairs. Ended up doing the timing belt as well since they had everything torn apart

Replaced camshaft sensor last night and cleared codes. Ran car for a little bit and scanned for codes again and got none. Attempted to drive to work this morning and about 10 minutes into the drive the car started acting the same as it started hesitating, running rough and stalling out. Check engine light did come on and has stayed on. Was able to limp car home but just barely. Any suggestions as I'm about ready to burn this thing. Won't be able to do anything until I get home but any and all suggesations are very greatly appreciated.

Scanned and got code P1391 again. Used scanner to re-set check engine light and scanned for codes again and didn't get any. Aren't codes stored even if the check engine light is cleared. This car is driving me crazy.

Did you actually remove the cable to clean it or anything?
