AC - Just Recharged it and have low PSI
I have a Stratus 1999 2.4 4 cylinder.
I just recharged my AC myself with a DIY Kit from Walmart (awaiting abuse!)
The air is so cool now but I have lost PSI on the gauge, the gauge showed 40PSI prior to recharging it and now it shows 25psi and 4 on my AC is now equal to level 3 on the car prior to recharging.
Does this mean that somehow while putting the coupling clip on the ac i let a bunch of air out? Shouldnt the PSI increase with me filling the AC up more?
I stil have quite a lot of refrigerant left, should I go ahead and use the whole bottle and tip it upside down while putting it in?
Just a car newbie looking for some advice!
