04 Stratus with a 2.7 flex will not start. Motor cranks but won't try to fire. thought fuel pump but checked fuel at the motor to find lots of pressure, sorry no gauge to tell pressure. Is there a solenoid before entering any of the injectors or is the regulator sending too much fuel that is locking somthing up?

 

Checking fuel pressure at the fuel rail does not necessarily mean that it gets through the injectors. Are you getting spark? Are the injectors being pulsed? Does cranking sound normal, or does the engine spin like it has no compression (timing belt problem)?
