Default 96 dodge stratus 2.4l NO FIRE READ THIS PLZ.

I have a 96 dodge stratus 2.4l se. Its getting no fire at all. has new cam and crank sensor and coil pack and pcm connectors. Here is the info i obtained with the volt meter

COIL PACK- green and orange wire- 10.66-10.77v cranking
blue and green- 10.77v cranking
black and gray-10.77v cranking

CAM SENSOR WITH AFTERMARKET CONNECTOR.
orange 8.96v cranking testing at connector sensor unplugged
black and blue- 11.1mv cranking testing at connector sensor unplugged
tan and blue 5.01v cranking testing at connector sensor unplugged

CRANK SENSOR WITH AFTERMARKET CONNECTOR.
orange- 8.97v cranking testing at connector sensor unplugged
black and blue- 10.7 mv cranking testing at connector sensor unplugged
tan and blue-8.97v cranking testing at connector sensor unplugged

fuel injector- 10.7v and one pulseing testing at connector sensor unplugged

NOTE: when i re wired some things i noticed the black and gray wire to the coil pack was black and chalky when i stripped it so i ran my own wires to coil pack traced them to the pcm connector which i replaced and ran whole new wires to the coil pack from the pcm. I am so stomped i been working on this issue for months... Please someone help id appreciate it greatly.

well, I read it but did you ever try using a scanner to see what the PCM is seeing/doing?

I use an oscilloscope to view cam/crank sensor values. Multimeters cannot read fluctuating signals

You need to go back to what happened when the car died. symptoms, events, etc.

do you have a schematic?

you'll also need a real scanner to look at the data stream.

UPDATE. All 3 wires on coil pack read 10+v cam and crank sensor both have signal viewed via snap on scanner. All i did was park the car and it got no fire, it ran perfect until i shut it down. all relays and fuses are good. I tested the coil wires coming out of the pcm they all 3 read 10+v when cranking. and no I cant find a schematic anywhere. Like I said the coil pack gets 10+v while cranking. the wiring for the coil pack , cam and crank sensor have been replaced with new wires running to the pcm harness. how many volts should be running through the 3 wires on the coil pack while cranking?
fuel injector- 10.7v and one pulseing
fuel pump works to

shouldn't the voltage to the coil be fluctuating from 0 to close to 12 volts? I have a simular problem...My timing belt broke on the highway, replaced it and now it wont start. crank sensor and cam sensor both have 8 volts and both sensors switch from .3v to 5v while cranking. (Using and analog meter). My voltage to the coil stays constant on all 3 wires. Any ideas??
