I jus bought a 98 dodge Stratus & it came with one Key fob, however when I press lock the horn sounds but when I test the system to see if the alarm would sound if the doors are opened while alarm engage it didn't sound.. I tried multiple times, Ive also tried pulling the fuse & still nothing..Pls Help!

 

Call Chrysler. Give them your VIN and they can tell from the Build Sheet if your car had the alarm option. Also --- Lock the car with a window open. Manually open the lock and door from the inside. The alarm should sound.

 

Thanks I will give Chrysler a call... However Ive tried leaving the window down and opening the door form inside already and it didnt work...
