EGR Valve Location?

Here are a couple of pics. The best I could come up with right now. The car is outside covered in a few inches of snow and it is about 20 degrees out.
It is a little tight back there but you will be able to remove it without pulling the intake. The hardest part is getting the egr gasket lined up while putting it back on. It is pretty straight forward. You should have no problems.
Thanks, that should help out a lot. Those two parts are pretty much identical though. I wonder what it is that I have circled. I'll have to look more into it.
