spark, fuel, no start?

2004 dodge stratus 2.4 DOHC timing belt jumped timing, fixed the timing belt, now it wont start, itll crank forever, has spark and has fuel. what could cause this? already changed out the camshaft position sensor

Have you either replace the spark plugs or remove them to see if they are soaked with fuel?

yeah about 10k miles on the spark plugs, but yes i did pull them and yes they are soaked in fuel

Let them dry out or replace them. Also try starting with the spark plugs in the motor. This will help getting some of the fuel out.

pulled them out, dried them let them sit in a rag in the house for about 2 hours, put them back in, same problem fuel soaked spark plugs, plenty of spark, and no start...
