Default Intermitent hard starting

I have a 2005 Stratus with 91,000 miles. The car would start fine when it was cold, but as soon as it got up to operating temperature the car would crank but not start until the engine was cold. When it was doing this, it would set a P0339 and a P0016. Since this started I've replaced the timing belt, spark plugs, wires and the camshaft position sensor. Now most of the time it will start right up, but occasionally it will crank and not start when it's warm. Now when it doesn't start it doesn't set any codes. Anyone have any ideas on what to check next?

I have two guess's If the flex plate was bad you would a knocking sound from the transmission area and code P0016, which you don't have. 2nd guess throw a crank sensor at it. Its below the starter.

I didn't try that because the code has gone away, but it's worth a shot. Is it as simple as unbolting the old one and bolting the new one in, or will I need a Haynes for this?
