I changed my brakes on my stratus, and the passenger side rotor will spin, but when it gets to a certain spot it will just lock up, and won't roll anywhere. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what could be causing this?

Welcome to DF
Did you have a problem with the rotor before you replaced it? You may have the wrong rotor or the caliper is locking up. I would jack up that wheel and see if it rotates. If it doesn't, pull the tire and move the piston back on the caliper and see if it turns. Also did you add DOT 3 brake fluid to the master cylinder?
