2004 Stratus SXT RPM jump & Sputtering when I hit the gas hard
I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT and I have noticed two things, I am not sure but think they may be related. First I noticed that when I will be on the gas and let off, when the RPM drops between 1 and 2 it'll jump as if it were on cruise control or something, and when I hit the brakes it will stop. It doesn't do it very often, but ocassionally. Also, I noticed today that if I really hit the gas harder than usual my car will kind of sputter a little bit, like it cant catch its power or something. Again it only does this if I really hit the gas hard. I am wondering if this may be some kind of hose leak or crack problem?
